As a Web Developer at Rooah, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining high-quality, responsive websites for our clients. This role involves working with designers, content creators, and digital marketers to bring websites to life that are visually appealing, fast, and user-friendly. You will be responsible for writing clean code, troubleshooting issues, and staying current with emerging web technologies and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy custom websites for clients using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure cohesive site functionality and aesthetics.
- Perform regular website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a web developer with a strong portfolio showcasing custom-built sites.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Go High Level).
- Knowledge of web optimization practices and SEO principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field is preferred.
